Absolutely. All of our teachers are German native-speakers. Our teachers rotate classes, so you won’t always talk to the same person online but you’ll have the opportunity to speak with many. This means you’ll get used to different accents and voices to prepare for real-life situations.
Each of our German courses are taught by native-level tutors, meaning they speak German natively or at a native level (C1 or above). You may even get a new tutor each time you book a class. This is great for learning and German comprehension because it means you’ll interact with several different German accents and dialects.
German is a pluricentric language, which means that there are three standardized variants: German, Austrian, and Swiss Standard High German. Within each language, there is a vast array of dialects, similar to other languages in Europe and around the world. Being able to detect and understand the different accents and German usages will help you gather a broader knowledge of the language and communicate clearly with any German speaker.
When you start learning German, you may learn the language in an accent from a certain German region, which makes it easier for you to understand how you are speaking and similar to German-speaking areas.
Another great benefit of conversing and interacting with native-levelGerman teachers is that you’ll learn exactly how certain words should be pronounced. When learning a new language, pronunciation could be a challenge for many people. Being able to learn with a native-level speaker will allow you to train your ear to the unique sounds that come with the language.
