At 53 years old, you might think Gwen Stefani would no longer be at the center of pregnancy rumors. Nevertheless, gossip is currently swirling about the possibility that Stefani is expecting her fourth child, which would be her first with husband Blake Shelton.
Fans Think Gwen Stefani Could Be Pregnant
According to The Sun, a recent Instagram post by Stefani got fans talking about whether the star could be pregnant. The Voice coach showed off her outfit for Monday’s finale episode, featuring an animal-print dress with ruffles.
One fan reportedly commented, “Amazing. Look like small baby bump.” Someone else apparently responded by writing, “No, she’s just trying to gain weight to try and look more ‘country.'”
At least one other fan commented on the possibility of a pregnancy, writing, “So you prego or what? Don’t let the gross magazines announce for you.” It’s not the first time in recent months that an outfit has sparked talk of a possible baby bump.
Stefani’s Instagram post of her look from the NYWICI Matrix Awards in October inspired one fan to comment, “Pregos?” Someone replied, “She’s 53. Do you actually think this? Or are you trying to be rude?” The original commenter answered, “IVF… hello?”

Magazine Claims Stefani Is Expecting a Girl
Fans aren’t the only ones suggesting that Stefani might be expecting a baby with Shelton. A recent report from Life & Style magazine claims that Stefani is currently pregnant after undergoing IVF. A source reportedly said she “wanted nothing more than to give Blake his own child.”
Friends reportedly told the source that Stefani and Shelton have bought pink cowboy boots and a matching hat, suggesting that they’re expecting a girl. Stefani already has three sons from her marriage to ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
“Gwen and Blake are saying it’s definitely a Christmas miracle that she finally got pregnant,” the source told the magazine.
Obviously, these rumors should be taken with a grain of salt. Funnily enough, Stefani played an April Fools’ Day prank on fans in 2016 by sharing a sonogram and writing, “It’s a girl.”
